Commercial access has to fit a programme. Main contractors need a scaffolder who turns up on the date in the plan, provides paperwork that survives an audit, and adapts the scaffold as the build sequence moves rather than treating every change as a variation argument.
We deliver full building wraps, staged access, loading bays, pedestrian gantries, temporary roofs, edge protection and internal birdcages for contractors across East Sussex, Kent and the South East. Projects run from retail units and schools to four and five-storey residential blocks in Brighton, Maidstone and Medway.
Every commercial scaffold comes with either a TG20:21 compliance sheet or a bespoke engineer's design, project-specific RAMS, CISRS carded operatives, weekly documented inspections and handover certification. We carry £10m public liability insurance and are happy to be added to your approved supplier list with all the accreditation evidence that involves.
Programme coordination is where we earn the repeat work. We phase erects and strikes around trades, sequence lifts so the follow-on packages are never waiting on access, and keep one named contact on the job from quote to final strike so nobody is chasing a switchboard.
