Render & Cladding Scaffolding

Render and cladding need a different scaffold to roofing. The platform has to run the full elevation at multiple lifts, sit close enough to the wall to work comfortably but far enough out to fit insulation boards and beads, and come with tie positions planned so the finished surface is not covered in patch marks.

We plan tie locations with your renderer or EWI installer before we start, using window ties, box ties or through-ties depending on the substrate, and we agree the order in which they get removed and made good at the end. On external wall insulation work we set the scaffold out to allow for board thickness plus render depth plus working space, so nobody is scraping knuckles at 6 metres.

Multiple boarded lifts at 1.8 to 2 metre centres let a team work a whole elevation at once instead of leapfrogging. Where the finish is weather-sensitive we can sheet the scaffold in monoflex or install a temporary roof so silicone and mineral renders cure properly through a Sussex winter.

Projects range from single-storey extensions in Bexhill to full block re-clads in Brighton and Medway. Every scaffold is TG20:21 compliant or bespoke designed, CISRS erected, weekly inspected and handed over with certification your main contractor can file.
